Privacy and form information

Privacy notice

This notice describes the information collected through the Recover Call Revenue website and how it is used to fulfill requests.

Effective: August 12, 2026 · Publisher: Digital Bone Studios

Information you provide

When you request a RECOVER Brief or Call Revenue Review, we collect the business contact information and form details you provide. An assessment request also includes your answers, calculated score, risk category, and recommended brief. A review request may include approximate call volume and the concern you describe.

How the information is used

We use submitted information to deliver requested material, respond to the request, understand the relevant call-handling context, maintain an operational record, and improve the request experience. We do not treat a calculator estimate or self-assessment score as verified business performance.

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics is enabled by default to help us understand site usage. You can turn it off at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, or free-text form responses in analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, and remarketing are disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out and keeps analytics off.

Service providers

The site may use hosting, database, email, customer-relationship management, analytics, and scheduling providers to operate these workflows. Provider selections and production retention settings will be finalized before public launch. Information is shared only as needed to operate the requested workflow or meet legal obligations.

Retention and choices

Records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill and document the request, support the business relationship, or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. A working privacy-contact address must be added before public launch.

Security and limitations

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit confidential call recordings, customer records, credentials, or regulated personal information through these initial forms.
